Adoption Support Services

 

Program description: Adoption Support Services are designed to provide support and guidance to the child (ren) transitioning through the adoption process, ensuring their needs are considered and met. The “Adoption Triad” (birth family, foster placement and new adoptive family) is engaged in the facilitation of a permanency plan that considers closure and bonding needs of children as they adjust to their new family.
